Kitchen Renovation Seaforth

Project Description

To design and install kitchen cabinets.

Obstacles that were Overcome

The room consisted of three full walls and a nib wall coming off one of them, none of these walls were square with each other. The kitchen wrapped around each of these walls resulting in three internal corners which we wanted to install square with each other.

We overcame this by levelling and joining all cabinets together before securing them to the walls.

Removed and replaced kitchen window with new panel & side louvre window. The client needed to keep privacy and still achieve good natural light and ventilation, which is why we opted to have frosted glass as the windows.

The result was the kitchen was installed squarely into an unsquare room, ultimately resulting in a kitchen work space that felt uniform. With the new window allowing natural light to flood the space whilst still maintaining privacy.

We are happy to provide a testimonial with regards to the work carried out by Braeside Building.
We have been seriously let down in the past by other contractors and were apprehensive about this next project. We needn’t have worried. We had some ideas in outline only and the Braeside Team clarified these thoughts into a real plan! There were constant discussions between us and the Braeside team who were very flexible. They understood where we were coming from. Also, all of the tradesmen who they supplied were first rate. They cleaned up every day and the project was completed within the stated time frame.
We are happy to recommend them in the strongest terms .
