The Braeside Team are thrilled when clients invite us back time and time again to undertake exciting new projects for them.
Property Developer Kristina had Braeside Building complete renovations to an apartment in Sydney's famous Bondi.
Comprising new kitchen, bathroom, wardrobes and internal changes. She was so thrilled with our communication, quality and workmanship, she engaged the Braeside Team to continue on and renovate 3 apartments for her.
As you can see in each gallery, all the apartments had their own requirements, yet through the design process and consultation, each one carried Kristina's own style throughout of creating a light filled open plan living space, beautiful floorboards, white subway tiles with contrasting grout, black fixtures & tapware and built in cupboards to maximise every available space for her tenants, also maximising her rental return.
